Construction is expected to take 18 months and is slated to start later in 2023, pending final state and federal approvals. Owner-operator, Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, will add more than 1.2 million square feet of new construction for additional casino space, a second hotel wing, a rooftop restaurant, and a theater. Update 6/23: Graton Resort and Casino plans a major expansion of its casino and hotel which will double its size, making it the second largest casino resort in California behind Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel.
